The Mr. Drew Education Center and store front is now OPEN for tours and sales of animal food. Live & frozen rodents, crickets, roaches, meal worms, superworms, fruit flies, microworms, and various reptile supplies ie: bulbs, fixtures etc.
Hours: Monday thru Saturday 10am to 3pm for tours and the store front for sales is open 10am to 5pm

We are located at the gateway to downtown Lewiston at 550 Lisbon St, Suite 17, Lewiston, ME, in the Pepperell Mill.
Our Animal Education Center, located on the first floor, offers exploration of rescued, rehabilitated and relinquished exotic animals.
The Geological Center, located on the upper level, features the PrisSonny Mine, Rock and Gem room, Lapidary machine, microscopes, fossils, furs, bones, a library of Natural Science and “hands on” exploration of much more.
Families are encouraged to come and enjoy our Center for as long as they choose, within our hours of operation. We share free popcorn and refreshing citrus water and have ample other beverages that are available for a donation.
We feature and host many activities and events which we will post on our “Events” page.
From babies on up, there is something for everyone!
Did I mention that our first floor Community Room is snake and spider free? Yes! We are aware and are sensitive to those with fears and phobias. Your safety and comfort as well are our animals’ safety is of the utmost importance. We will always encourage contact and exploration of our animals within reasonable circumstances but there shall not be teasing, force or discomfort for anyone.
